This extremely tasteful hand crafted Antique Reproduction "Banjo" Barometer Circa 1830 has a Regency style cabinet with broken arch pediment.

The instrument has a Solid Mahogany casing with curl veneer and white/black edgeline. The dial has a diameter of 8".

The precision aneroid movement on a silver effect dial is temperature compensated. Graduations are given as both inches and millibars. The spirit thermometer is graduated in celsius and fahrenheit. A hygrometer and spirit level can be found at the base of the instrument. To complete the traditional style of the instrument bevelled glass and lacquered brass fittings are used.
