The Envoy is a plain receiver, without a screen, that houses the WeatherLink data logger and is configured using the WeatherLink software. It is ideal for those who will always use their weather station with a computer The systems include;
• Standard - barometer, wind vane & anemometer, rain gauge and in / out temperature and humidity
• Plus - as Standard with the addition of Solar and UV sensors
Vantage Pro2 Envoy and WeatherLink data logger offer the same features as the console such as forecasting, records, graphing, and much more all in the WeatherLink software. It will also show the forecast icons, moon phase and the ticker-tape display gives more details.
The integrated sensor suite combines the rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, and anemometer into one package-making setup easier than ever and improving performance and reliability.
For improved accuracy, temperature and humidity sensors are housed inside a radiation shield. The shield protects against solar radiation and other sources of radiated and reflected heat.
Includes Vantage Pro2 Envoy, WeatherLink, integrated sensor suite, and mounting hardware. Integrated sensor suite includes rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, anemometer, 12 m (40') anemometer cable, and solar panel. Electronic components are housed in a weather-resistant shelter.
The Plus version also includes solar radiation sensor, UV sensor, sensor mounting shelf.
The sensor suite is powered from the Envoy. Electronic components are housed in a weather-resistant shelter. The Envoy may be powered using the included AC-power adapter or with three AA batteries included.
The cabled system is supplied with 30m (100') of cable between the console and sensor suite.
