Making A Purchase Browse our shop click add to basket on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have made your selection, click on "confirm" to continue shopping or "check out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Any delivery charge will be indicated to you before you make payment.

The onus is on you to supply us with the full correct information for delivery including where applicable the correct address, post code and telephone number.

If at any time you wish to see what is in your shopping basket click on "view basket".

Additionally you may use the "Save Basket" option at any time to save the contents of your basket for future use. This information will be stored on our server for up to 30 days. A saved basket can be retreived by clicking on "Recall Basket".

We accept credit card payment by Visa and Mastercard and various debit cards including Maestro.

If once you have placed an order you wish to cancel it you should notify us immediately in writing by e-mail, post or fax at the address above.

If you supply an incorrect or undeliverable email address or decline to provide an email address then by delivering your order we will be deemed to have provided you with any durable communication that we are otherwise bound to provide in the course of fulfilling your order.
Shipping And Handling Because we know that getting your goods to you safely and on time is of paramount importance for UK deliveries we use either Royal Mail First Class Post or FedEx Express Parcel service depending on the weight and value.

Valuable and weighty items will be tracked to your door and, for most of the UK, should arrive within 1 to 3 days of despatch. They will need to be signed for on delivery.

We will include your special delivery instructions on deliveries at your risk. In any case and as the services we use for large or valuable items generally require a signature it is left to the discretion of the deliverer whether they adhere to these instructions where a signature is not available.

All deliveries are insured against loss if they do not arrive or are damaged on arrival. You should notify us within 7 days of placing your order if you have not received your order and we have not advised you of any delay. Please be aware that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until after 15 working days from despatch. You should notify us immediately upon receipt if the goods are damaged.
Delivery Schedule We aim wherever possible to ship on the same day you place your order (subject to the collection time from us by Royal Mail or our carriers). Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped on the Monday after. Orders placed too late to be shipped that day will be shipped the next day.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within 3 working days we will endeavour to contact you by e-mail.

So long as you have given us a correct email address you will receive notification the day your order is despatched.
You may select an enhanced delivery option depending on the weight. The cost of which will be indicated before you proceed to payment. Royal Mail Special Delivery will ensure delivery to most of the UK by 13:00 the following weekday. Express Carrier will ensure delivery to most of the UK by the end of the following business day.

If your order has been shipped by carrier or an enhanced service this will be identified on the shipping notification. If so the notification will include the carriers number and carriers web site address in order for you to track your delivery. All items sent by such a service will require a signature on delivery.

All shipments outside the UK are despatched by tracked services. Depending on your location these should take between 3 and 7 days. Many overseas postal services will allow online tracking using the tracking number we give you in the notification email. Otherwise tracking may only be available to the point exit from the UK. Goods shipped by carrier are traceable through our UK carrier service.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If you choose to leave your order on back order we will notify you as soon as it is despatched. If then you do not receive the goods as expected you should notify us immediately.
Tax Charges Orders made for delivery in the UK and EU will include UK 17.5% VAT where appropriate. If you are an organisation that is exempt from VAT then please contact us directly and we will arrange to invoice you accordingly.

Orders made for delivery outside the UK and EU will not be charged VAT. Liability for local import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Credit Card Security When you send us your details, including your credit, debit, or chrage card, during the checkout phase the information is fully encripted by our industry standard Thawte 128bit SSL Certificate. You can verify this by clicking on the "Secured by Thawte" logo or on the padlock in your browser during the check out phase.

If you are in doubt you may place your order and use the option send your payment information via phone, fax or post.

If you are paying by card please make sure the details you give are the same as those on your card and statement. These details are matched against the record your card issuer has and incorrect details may cause your paymnet to be declined.

To comply with card issuing company rules refunds offered can only be made back to the original payment means or to an appropriate alternative.
Guarantee All products are supplied with a one year guarantee against fault. In some cases additional guarantee is provided by the manufacturer, we will endeavour to facilitate this for you. Proof of purchase will be required.

In the event of an apparent fault in warranty you should in the first place contact our support department above. If we are then unable to resolve the fault the goods or relevant part thereof should be returned to us at the address above in order that we can ascertain any fault. Occasionally we may ask you to return the product directly to our suppliers in order to expedite the resolution. Subject to such a fault we will either repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Where a fault is found the cost of simple return postage will be refunded. Any refunds will be made within 30 days.

Before returning goods you must contact us and obtain an RMA number. Processing goods returned without an RMA number may be delayed or even rejected. Postage or Carriage due returns will be refused.

Please do not bring unsoliscited returns to our shop. Especially at weekends the staff may not have access to our returns system neither may the have the detailed technical skills to help resolve your problem.

Returns Policy UK and EC : The customer has a statutory right to cancel their order at any time up to 7 whole working days after receipt of the goods. In addition to this statutrory right Weather Front Ltd will refund cancelled product orders for a full 30 days from despatch. To cancel an order you should notify us by e-mail, post or fax at the above address and, where the goods have been despatched or delivered, make arrangements to return them to us. Where these goods have already been despatched and / or paid for full refund will be made within 30 days.

Outside UK and EC : In addition to the above we will accept the cancellation and return of goods shipped outside the EC within 30 working days of despatch. We will refund the cost of the goods but not the original shipping to the customer within 30 days.

Additional services such as Gift Wrapping and enhanced delivery services that have been completed are not refundable.

Goods and their packaging that are the subject of a cancelled order must be returned at the customers expense in merchantable condition. As you would expect all of our products offered for sale are new and unused and consequently we are unable to restock goods that have been used rather than simply inspected as they might be in our shop.

Before returning goods you must contact us and obtain an RMA number. Processing goods returned without an RMA number may be delayed or even rejected. Postage or Carriage due returns will be refused.

Once you have opened a software package or are in receipt of a license key that has been gerenetated for you the product is not returnable.
Remittance Terms Payments will not be deducted from your credit, debit or charge card until the goods are ready for shipment. Confirmation that payment has been taken from your card will be included in the shipping notice and the invoice included with your goods.
